In no event shall Tusomere Financial Literacy's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, to Tusomere Financial Literacy for the services in question during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Tusomere Financial Literacy has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

5. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our website and services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the website and services.
